 Today the challenge at Simply Clean & Simple is to make a card where anything goes.

I need some thank you cards for my stash, so this is the card I made:

The color splash background was in my stash and I have no idea where it came from. The thanks was made with a die from Sugar Pea Designs .

Christmas is coming.

 

Hi everyone!

 Today the challenge at Simply Clean & Simple is to make a Christmas is coming card.

Here's Mine: 

Mr. Bear was a really old Rubbernecker stamp and to color him I used Copic Markers #E51, E55, and E57. The sentiment was written on the computer and I added a few enamel snowflakes from my stash.

Hi everyone!

 Today the challenge at Simply Clean & Simple is to make a card using a heart.

This is the Simply Clean & Simple challenge blogs first anniversary

 

so this is the card I made for them:

What's one heart without the other, so I used two hearts on this anniversary card.

The hearts were die cut from Tutti Designs - Stitched Nesting Hearts and the sentiment was made on the computer.

The Toucan is such a colorful bird and he reminds me of the tropics, so this is the card I made.

Weather

 Hi everyone!

 Today the challenge at Simply Clean & Simple is to make a card all about weather.

Here's my card about rain:

I found this glittery raindrop paper in my stash and just had to use it!

The white bottom border was die cut using Lawn Fawn's stitched hillside Borders and the puddle, sentiment and cute little umbrella holding hippo are all from Clearly Besotted.

This was a fun card to make. Wouldn't it be wonderful if real rain drops were this colorful...or maybe not because all the colors mixed together would end up being brown puddles! Lol!

Green

Hi everyone!

 There's lots of green going on here!

The sentiment badge is something I printed off of some free clip art a long time ago. It pays to never throw anything away! lol

Pink

Hi everyone!

 Today the challenge at Simply Clean & Simple is to make a card using Pink.

 Here's what I made:

I used a white card base then added pink cardstock that I cut just a little bit smaller than the white card base. To this I added a strip of white that I had used my score board to make the stripes. 

The word Thanks was cut from a die from Simon Says Stamp labeled  script thanks.  The hearts were cut from a die  from Your Next Stamp called Floating Heart Panel Die. I have like a million pink hearts left over! lol

I can't wait to see all your pink cards!

Winter

Hi everyone!

 Today the challenge at Simply Clean & Simple is to make a card that reminds us of winter.

This is what I came up with:

I used a light blue card base. The bright white card front was die cut using the My Favorite Things Blueprints #13 die....this one is really old...but I use it all the time!

The off white tree was cut using a Sizzix thinlits  tree die and that sweet little cardinal ...and a bunch of his friends ... have been hanging on my pegboard forever, so I have no idea who makes them.

I hope you enjoy this beautiful winter season. ( I can say that because I'm retired and don't have to leave the house...LOL)

Hello!

Welcome to December and a brand new challenge over at Simply Clean & Simple.

The challenge is " Red & Green".

The challenge doesn't say anything about Christmas, but really, since it's December...why not!

Outdoors

Hi!

The challenge this month at  Simply Clean & Simple is anything goes or anything to do with outdoors.

This is what I came up with:

 I  needed to make a sympathy card to replenish my stash. I chose this image called Meadow from Inkadinkado because wildflowers are found outdoors...right?  The background shading was done by blending Distress Oxide -uncharted mariner and Distress Oxide -twisted citron.

Simply Clean & Simple - Rose

Hi!

 For this challenge Darlene has given us the optional theme of  "Roses are Red, Violets are Blue".

Guess which option I picked! LOL

 I used the awesome die set called "Lovely Layers Roses" from Honey Bee Stamps and did a little shading with Copic Markers.

I can't wait to see everyone's CAS creations.
